LINE Setup Guide
- Go to the LINE Developers Console.
- Create a Provider, then create a Messaging API Channel.
- In the Basic Settings tab, copy the Channel Secret.
- In the Messaging API tab, scroll down and click "Issue" to create a Channel Access Token.
- Paste both values into the LINE Configuration section and click Save.
- After saving, copy the Webhook URL shown in the LINE configuration page.
- In the LINE Developers Console, paste the Webhook URL in the Messaging API tab.
- Enable the "Use webhook" toggle.
- Go to the LINE Official Account Manager, disable "Auto-reply messages" and "Greeting messages".
Klaviyo Flow Setup
Create a Flow in Klaviyo that is triggered by the "Line Follow" metric. Add a Webhook action to the flow to send messages back to the user via LINE.

The template variable {{ person|lookup:'line_user_id' }} is a Klaviyo personalization tag that dynamically inserts the LINE user ID stored on the Klaviyo profile. This is automatically set when a user follows your LINE account.
Email Capture
When a user follows your LINE bot, they automatically receive a welcome message containing a link to connect their email address.

When the user clicks the link and submits their email, it gets linked to their Klaviyo profile. This enables your email campaigns to target LINE followers and unify customer data across channels.
If Shopify is connected, the system also automatically checks Shopify for matching customers when a follow event occurs, enriching the profile with any existing customer data.
